Two men have been charged related to a luggage theft where a substance thought to be pepper spray resulted in harm at the major London air hub.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two counts of robbery and charges for administering a noxious substance, as confirmed by court officials.

These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal Three on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two female travelers had their luggage taken after getting out of a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.

A young child was one of the people hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

This event – which authorities stated was a standalone event and not considered a terror-related act – caused train delays and the temporary blocking of the main airport road tunnel and the T3 parking area for a short time.
